Justine Inhensiko Kaudha is the Executive Director of OVAAT, providing strategic leadership to the organisation’s work in community development, public health, and rural transformation.
She leads the design and implementation of evidence-based, community-centred programmes, ensuring that OVAAT’s interventions respond to real community needs while promoting sustainable livelihoods, improved health outcomes, and social wellbeing. Her leadership emphasises accountability, partnership, and locally driven solutions.
As of 2026, she also serves as a Project Officer at Uganda Development and Health Associates (UDHA), bringing valuable expertise in health promotion, disease prevention, and community development that strengthens OVAAT’s programming and impact.
Through her leadership, Justine continues to guide OVAAT in advancing integrated, practical, and sustainable solutions that empower communities and support long-term development.
