Since its inception, OVAAT has delivered tangible, community-led results in Naigobya Village
- Early Childhood Development & Education; One community-owned ECD&E center has been established using local spaces, providing children with safe, nurturing environments for learning and development.
- Children Engaged: Over 100 children have participated in early learning, stimulation, and school readiness activities, preparing them for lifelong learning.
- Parent and Caregiver Training: More than 150 parents and caregivers have been trained in nutrition, hygiene, and responsive caregiving practices, strengthening families and community well-being.
- Education and Health Through Play: Schools and communities have integrated games, sports, and physical activities to promote children’s health, teamwork, and life skills.
- Environmental Stewardship;Over 100+ Villagers have participated in tree planting and ecosystem restoration, fostering environmental awareness and resilience.
- Mentorship and Volunteer Engagement; Over 100 learners and volunteers have contributed to teaching, mentorship, and community mobilization, building human capacity and leadership at the local level.
- Partnerships; 10+ local and international partners—including NGOs, universities, and government agencies actively support programs, providing technical expertise, mentorship, and resources.
- Replicable Model; The rural ECD&E model has been fully documented and is ready for replication in additional villages.
- Digital Knowledge Platform;A digital platform has been established to capture lessons learned and best practices, facilitating knowledge sharing locally and internationally.
