Julius Magumba is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of OVAAT.
He holds a degree in Public Administration and Management from Team University. Since 2012, Julius has been actively engaged in local government, complemented by five years of experience in the NGO sector.
At OVAAT, he has driven the organization’s growth, positioning it as a trusted provider of community-driven solutions in Naigobya. His expertise in community development has strengthened his skills in organizational management, strategic planning, and effective communication. Julius has also built strong networks within the community sector and remains committed to advancing literacy and promoting sustainable, resource-based community greening initiatives.
